Lafayette Arthritis and Endocrine Clinic is a multispecialty clinic specializing in the medical management of rheumatology and endocrine issues. Our doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and support staff strive to give you the best possible health care, in a friendly and caring environment.
ANNOUNCEMENT
Dr. James Lipstate has retired effective December 31, 2024.
Dr. Lipstate has entrusted his patients to Dr. Laura Rivers who has been treating patients in our clinic since August 1, 2023. Dr. Rivers is a native of Lafayette, who is board certified in Rheumatology. We will also schedule patients who have been seeing Dr. Lipstate with the nurse practitioners, Layne Lemaire, C-FNP and Rebekah Garrard,
C-FNP. These two nurse practitioners should be very familiar to you if you have previously seen Dr. Lipstate.
We are very confident that this transition will be very smooth for all of Dr. Lipstate's patients. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office or send us a message through the portal/Healow app.

Medical problems that we typically help our patients manage include:
Rheumatology division- Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus, Sjogren's, Osteoarthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Osteoporosis
Endocrinology division - Diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders
